Personal review

A rythm-RPG game where you have to unveil the item in wich is based your enemy before beating it to dust.

Pros:
-Text-definition mechanic of words, forcing you to be attentive and use your imagination and knowledge of lexicon.
-Simple mechanic reflecting very well the tension between 2 duelists.
-Nice inclusion of spirits-based powers.

Cons:
-Kind of repetitive.
-Enemy spamming of healing makes some combats longer than they should be.
-Map movement should include an editable plot of the route before clicking.

Editor note

The game uses words as a fundamental part in its gameplay, so there are 2 slightly different realeases:
-99 Spirits is the name of the release featuring english aplhabetic system, and who has different expansions and DLC content.
-Tsukumogami is the name of the realease employing japanese hiragana system, and who is whithout expansions but includes in the base game some artistic drawings and sketches.
