The minigames (and title screen btw) in Volume 5 are again exactly the same as in the first four volumes. So only the karaoke songs are different.

NEC Avenue and Victor released two separate Rom Rom Karaoke series, which confusingly are titled the same and both encompassed five volumes. The NEC products only featured karaoke scenes, the Victor products also featured a few minigames on each volume.
