Not really sure in how far the German Breakout clone "Breakthrough" is just a modified version of the English Breakthru. Some elements and the text has been placed differently, but the playing field, bat and ball look a bit too similar and both games feature a time limit. All on all this looks to me as too much as to be pure coincidence. So I consider them to be one and the same game as an entry for now.
