A 2 player battle side-scroller. Each level (or round) is played in a controlled area, such as in a building, in a big boat or in some other limited area space.
What is impressive is that the screen zoomed or pulled out to accomodate the location of the player characters; if we get close to each other, the view zoomed in and we could see greater details, when we run in opposite directions, the view would pull way out and we can see more of the area.
We can choose some really interesting characters; a Mad Scientist in a wheelchair, twin girls, a James Bond type spy ...
It is a Spy game where each player has to run around a very chaotic setting while avoiding traps, bombs, obstacles and also trying to not get killed by the other player, who could wield a variety of cool weapons which have to be picked up when they appeared at different locales in the scene.
The really cool thing I remember about this game was the really nice graphics. They were very cartoony but not anime style....somewhat VERY similar to MetalSlug type of graphics.
