One of the rarest commercial Mega Drive/Genesis cartridges. Only a limited number of 1000-2000 copies were sold in Japan. The game is 100% identical to the Sega Master System version. It makes use of the Mega Drives capability to play Master System games as well (normally only with the Master System Converter). It's the Master System version 'in disguise'.
