1 player or 2 players simultaneous cooperative.

At the end of each level, each player is awarded bonus points for various actions. The tally of arrested enemies is where the most bonus points can be accumulated. Somewhat symmetrical to actual life, killing enemies and taking their stuff offers immediate rewards during gameplay, including a better chance of survival; but taking the higher risk to do things right has a greater reward (if you live that long).
