Tecmo World Wrestling is a pretty innovative wrestling game. You have your choice of a number of characters, all of whom are patterned after real-life wrestlers. However, it's the extra bells and whistles that make this one special. Wrestlers can train before matches to build up their power through push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. During the match, a commentator at the bottom of the screen will call the action. Should you hit your opponent with one of your specialty moves, the game will play a short cinema to show off its devastating power. Tecmo World Wrestling is probably worth a try if only to see these features in action.
