Official description
The most famous underwater spy in the world returns to the Sega Genesis in JAMES POND II, Codename: Robocod. It seems that the evil Dr. Maybe has returned, and he's planted several bombs in the North Pole's toy factories. Now it's up to you, as James Pond, to don your special Robosuit, which allows you to survive on land, in order to take on Dr. Maybe and his posse of henchmen. You'll have to make it through nine toy factories, facing all kinds of Maybe's soldiers, caterpillars, and bosses. As you progress through your mission, keep your eyes peeled for wing attachments, suits of armor, planes, trains, and flying tubs that will make your assignment that much easier. If you want to uphold your name as the best-gilled spy in the world, you must succeed, James.

Comment
One quite amusing plataformer, much better and comercially sucessful than it's prequel, wich was rather boring.
Basically, you control an stretching cod through lots of pretty levels.
Not only is this game better than the average plataformer, it's feature I remember more fondly is it's subtle oddity. An unlinear world, with weirdly decorated stages, and other almost unconscious stuff. Very cool to play.
