Everyone on the island, inhabitants, pirates and authorities, seem to have a secret agenda, and Sunny must learn to function on her own, because it will become her task to set things right on the island and to find a way back home.

The story is obviously slapped on top as beyond finding the ball, why the protagonist keeps going for miles and miles underground, dropping down immensely deep chutes with no way back and so forth is beyond comprehension and the initial curiosity one can blame on him being archeologist hardly explains why he doesn't just study what he finds and stick around the hole he fell in through to wait for the promised rescue (which he seemingly could've relied on quite easily). Charlaine Harris: Dying For Daylight	Mastertronic Group Limited (Nikitova Games)	2012	Summary A short, easy game that does not take itself too seriously and doesn't require that you read a manual before you start playing. This game suitable for a someone new to gaming. While none of the puzzles should give anyone who's played a game or two any trouble the hint system tells you the answers and, if that isn't enough, many puzzles have a 'Skip' option that's triggered after about half a dozen attempts. The Good The game is well drawn, has decent music and game mechanics, everything just works as it should. The standout part for me was the voice acting of the main character. Xe Sands sounded suitably vampish, i.e. flirtatious and suggestive, as Dahlia the lead vampire character, delivering her lines like a modern Mae West. Very easy on the ears. The Bad It's very short. There's a decent story here that has potential. A vampire group in New Orleans has this formula but under threat they have scattered and Dahlia starts tracking them down. Episode one sets the scene and the remaining episodes deal with the first three characters then the game stops. Why? There are several other characters to track down plus what happens when she gets the formula? Do the bad guys get there first? It feels as though either the game is incomplete or the author couldn't come up with an ending. The install process does not put a link into the Start menu. Whenever the game is to be played the CD must be loaded and the game runs from there, just a minor niggle but I spent longer looking for the installed game than I did solving some of the puzzles. Estimated time to complete: Around four hours***Enter a vampire world as Dahlia, a vampire with a fantastic sense of fashion and a razor-sharp wit! Go on an epic hunt to find the legendary sun potion in Dying for Daylight. As vampires have been productive and ultimately accepted into society, their ancient vulnerability remains true, they can only emerge at night. A favor: -Gran cantidad de material documental presentado de manera amena y coherente. -Coleccionables que merece la pena conseguir. -Los puzzles sirven para poner énfasis al argumento. -La presencia de un protagonista alemán, que compensa esa visión de que los alemanes-austriacos fueron "los malos" -Un falso 3D por movimiento paralelo increíblemente bueno. -La banda sonora se presenta muy bien implementada, especialmente en las misiones de coche. En contra: -Exceso de cinemáticas, cuando el "estilo viñeta" que aparece frecuentemente en el juego transmite con mucha mayor eficacia el mensaje (tendrían que haberlas reservado para lo imprescindible, como el mapa al principio de cada pantalla) -Necesita más perro. 8 de 10
