Some factions use resources others have no use for, or their resource model is simply quite different.

This is NOT for cases where the various factions simply use different quantities of the same resources. For example, swapping a heavy usage of a common resource (e.g. wood) for heavy usage of another common resource (e.g. stone), does not count for this. However, if this swap is a common resource for rare resources, then it can be considered to be part of this.
If the resources only go through a name change and are equally available, then this tag does not apply. For example, one faction uses sunlight while another uses wind.
