Barrage zone

This is for when this is not caused by simply presence of artillery, but there's specifically an area which is being bombed or barraged otherwise regardless of their presence. Usually part of level design than done by actual characters, but the actual characters my exist to allow players to "disable" it for whatever purpose afterward.

This also includes fire from siege engines, such as area targeted by catapult fire.
