This is for cases where the cyborg nature is more involved than just a statement that you are a cyborg and have these fancy toys.
This is for managing your cybernetic hardware, software and possibly replacements, improvements, repairing etc. Cases where you can do this for other characters besides the protagonist are also applicable.
Currently there are no good examples, but System Shock and Syndicate serve as mediocre examples.
Note: technically cybernetics refers to something completely different, but colloquially is understood to refer to bionic and robotic implants and prosthetics which is the definition in use here.
