Criticals can crit. Essentially a system that tests if you do a critical and if successful, it tests it again.

This is not for overcritting where having higher than 100% chance causes the ensured crit to crit but not do so otherwise (as in, your 25% crit can't crit again like the over 100% chance has chance to).
