The direction people, vehicles, or any other things are facing affects gameplay in some manner.

Notable people involved: Jonathan Chey, Hugo Cardoso, Renaud Bédard, Achim Heidelauf and Farbs

Line-of-sight, attack bonuses when striking a person's back, and similar things are among the most basic effects this may have.
