Harmony versus Discipline

The tag name was taken from TVTropes where most of the examples had "harmony" taken rather loosely while discipline was more or less the same always.

Common instances (legend: h=harmony, d=discipline) are Civilized [d] vs Savage [h], Elves [h] vs Dwarves [d], Magic [h] vs Science [d], Nature [h] vs Technology [d], Order [d] vs Chaos [h], and so forth.

Note that not all child tags fit this in all cases, thus each instance should be judged on their own rather than simply looking at the parent tag.
