Any games that have ceased active development for significant amount of time prior to reaching "complete" state for the games. Mainly open-source games. Requires source code or prototype/pre-release copy is available in some form.

This tag is preferable over the indevelopment tag which is for things that are actually actively worked on. Basically anything that you'd need to be really enthusiastic on to check on more freqently than every few years if the project has been picked up.

For courtesy we should probably wait about one year since last news that indicate continuation of development before moving games to this tag.
