Name variations: facial animation

Related:
* Facial expressions
* Voice overs
* Speech synthesis

Implementations:
* FaceFX (does minimalistic facial expressions on top)
This can be either pre-recorded or dynamic. Even random-ish lip movement can be included, though focus should be on those that dynamically produce appropriate lip sync.

Lip sync in in-game cutscenes can be added but a note should be added if it's limited to them.

Limitations:
* NOT for lip sync in (pre-rendered) cut-scenes
