A series of comic strips and books by Tove Jansson following the tales of a family of trolls that vaguely resemble bipedal hippos, originally published in Swedish in Finland.

The names here are in order of English, Swedish and Finnish (only two present in cases where English and Swedish names are identical). English because that's the main language here, Swedish because that's the original language the works were published in, and Finnish because that's the first language they were translated to (due to being released in Finland first too, even if not in Finnish). Also, the author is Swedish-Finn.
