The "best" among these are the ones where there's no real right or wrong, good or bad/evil, or such answers but most games have a rather black & white "alignment" system implemented that encourages similar choices to be present.
Note that morality has nothing to do with legality, so this is not about choices between illegal actions and legal ones, because an illegal action can actually be the moral one.
