Examples:
* Characters just know when you've performed some deed regardless if you bring any proof of it.
* Characters know exactly where everything is, without being told so or somehow finding out. If these are your enemies, they'll unerringly home towards everything Important with little (for show) to no aimless exploring.
Note, however, that characters knowing when a quest has been done should not generally be included in this tag due to its prevalence. Instead, use something else for cases where the games deviate from it.
