Games that do not become harder due to not using both hands. Slowing things down is acceptable as long as it isn't a twitch game or similar where using only one hand is a notable disadvantage. For example, requirement for keyboard combos that can't be comfortably entered with just one hand or the requirement to use two analog sticks at the same time precludes games from this.
Involves control and user interface design to not require use of both hands simultaneously (though having accelerators for using both hands is still acceptable as long as this does not give unfair advantage in say multiplayer games against one-handed players).
This is NOT the same as single controller as one-handed game can use multiple controllers, just in a way that does not require using both/all of them together.
