Plethora of References

Culture concept

Has excessive number of references to movies, culture, games, etc.

Alternate name: Excessive referencing

The first video game about Plethora of References was released in 1985.

Vblank Entertainment, Electronic Arts and Capcom has published most of these games

Generally any games with so many references that listing them all is probably not in scope of what UVL is for.

Subtle references can be ignored in terms of this tag (as in, don't tag games which use subtle referencing even if there's a lot of them). Easter egg references should be ignored as well. Both can be included if there's simply so many of them.
