Alternate names: Pseudo-depth, False depth

The first video game about Quasi-depth was released in 1988.

Positech Games and Nintendo has published most of these games

Examples:
* Shots targeting a unit behind another pass through the first one without an event as if they were on some different depth level despite appearing to be in line.
* Characters (randomly) pass others by purposefully going around them as if they would block movement, but at other times passing through them (seeming to pass above/below them if top-down view, from the sides if side view) as if they were nothing.

Note that there must be no other indicators of depth, such as the passing around a character that gives false sense of depth increasing the distance to them, which would in fact be indicator of actual depth or semi-depth.
