Note that the protagonist being a criminal or not does not matter for this tag. The setting itself is far more important than what the player does in it. If the protagonist contributes to the crime, it may simply make the other crimes less apparent or seem lesser (possibly intentionally so, with the protagonist being the biggest criminal around).
