Simply controlling a resource point, structure or such brings those resources to the player, no resource delivery is needed.

Notable people involved: Chris Taylor, Chris Metzen, Jason Hayes, Glenn Stafford and Sam 'Samwise' Didier

This is similar to resource generation, but you can't build the generators yourself freely. Instead, you must capture them or build them at specific locations.

Note that this turns into resource harvesting if you need to send people to harvest and deliver the resources at the resource point.
