The first video game about Slavery was released in 1988.

Codemasters, Interplay and GT Interactive has published most of these games

Implies the slaves are captives, except in case of voluntary slavery.
Consensual slavery does not count (no matter how grasping that concept is hard for you). As a recent example, the Elves in Harry Potter series live in consensual slavery.

Poor human "rights" (such as minimum living conditions, wage, etc.) do not count either.

This is NOT for BDSM sexual slavery which is fully consensual and ended the moment the slave wants to.
