Specialized weapons

Generally weapons that are useful for a single purpose but nothing else. Such as the common "ion" energy weapons in space combat games where they only damage shields but do little else.

This can include weapons that do something outside of their specialization, but there should a be a limit to their usefulness there (usually waste of bullets or whatever even if it has some effect).

Mostly of interest when all weapons are specialized.
