Alternate names: Cruise control, Variable velocity
Name variations: variable speed, velocity control

Effectively the same as a vehicle with multiple gears or speed presets, but applicable only to non-vehicular games.

Implies there's 3 or more speeds the player can move at (and they have actual use), in addition to any slowdown from crouching and going prone. May be completely devoid of presets beyond slowest and fastest but player has absolute control over any intermediate speeds.

Limitations:
* Games that provide the wide control but have absolutely no use for them (e.g. fast-paced multiplayer deathmatch games) should NOT be tagged.
* Powerups and similar that increase speed over normal do NOT count.

Should not be used unless unusual, omitting most vehicle simulation games.
