Activities concept
Not for noting that direct touch by the player spoils sneaking. Player's ability to sneak around is affected anything else enemies can feel.

Examples:
Sweat dropping from the played character onto an enemy or anything that can, because of this, detect the presence of said character.
An enemy detects when something is standing on the same disturbable object as them. Such as a balcony, or vehicle.
An enemy detects the pressure played character's breath because they are that dang close.
