Usually resource/item gathering quests.
These are not repeating tasks, but rather tasks the person or whoever that gives them to you will happily give you again, usually because they have a constant need for the task to be done. For example, a herbalist would have constant need for common herbs, spices, etc. especially the kind they can't easily procure themselves.
