Commonly achieved by use of radial blur, motion blur, or a camera technique where the center of the screen looks fairly normal, but the closer to the edges you look, the more stretched/distorted everything becomes (vaguely resembles a tunnel).

Focal length adjustments are also possible.

Usage note: do not use this tag if the method of tunnel vision is better described with motion/radial blur tags. This works best in case of the camera technique. Should not be used when goggles, masks, etc. cause this as they should be marked with something else to identify them.
