Alternate name: Dual-stick movement
Anything related to view/camera control is not part of this, only movement. Normally only one hand controls movement, the other controls view, not both for the same thing.
Good analogue of the control is where left hand controls the left track and right hand controls the right track of a tank, but there may be more depth to how they work.
This is NOT for control deficiencies that make the control seem as "limited" as tank control.
