Bomico Entertainment Software (short: Bomico) was a German computer games distributor that had its heyday in the 1990s. The company was founded in 1987. Besides the distribution and operation of a game help hotline, some own computer games were developed. In 1991, Laguna Video Games, a subsidiary for marketing and distribution of console games, was founded. In 1993, the publisher Sunflowers was founded. On 05.03.1996 Bomico was taken over by Philips Media, about 1 year later the French company Infogrames bought Bomico.
