Notes
Reported compatibility:
Descent runs perfectly under OS/2 if it is allotted 8MB. It runs slower in a window.
Descent is playable under Windows 3.x but has minor timing issues. Better system specs can improve this problem.
Descent runs almost perfectly under Windows 95 (comparable to most games). Protected mode and low Idle Sensitivity are recommended.
Descent runs reliably on Windows 98–XP (2000/NT?)
Descent runs reliably using DosBox but requires significantly more advanced specs.
