Official description

Football has hits, hockey and basketball have some brawls. Speedball, however, has an assortment of arms and eyes bobbing in buckets of blood. Take control of ONE of 16 futuristic cyber-squads as you shoot for the World Speedball (WSL) championship. The 3D graphics are sharp and the AI is smart, so be ready for some intense gameplay. Go at it in Arcade mode or get yourself in a Tournament. Of course, you'll also want to match up with a friend and knock his team into next week as well in the Multiplayer mode.
