It is the 22nd Century, a futuristic world of scientific wonder, yet at its core not so different from our own. You are Souichiro, a member of the Space Defense Force who is somewhat bored with his life—until the arrival of the Seekers. The Seekers are a fierce and terrible alien life form that launches attacks without warning, laying waste to everything in their paths.

But there is hope for humanity: the great battleship SAKIGAKE (SAH-kee-GAH-kay), which fights the Seekers under the command of beautiful with the help of the advanced robots known as "Justice."
