Personal review

"Exciting Billiard" is the first "serious" billiard game for the Famicom/FDS after the more unrealistic "fantasy" game Lunar Ball. And it is a good one. Ball physics are ok, the graphics and music are rather well done for such a game. I especially liked the solo story-mode. You start playing for money in a little bar. Once you win enough money you challenge the next, more difficult opponent. All in all there are seven different opponents all having their own nice looking stages (e.g. Las Vegas, a luxury ship, a mansion).
