It's confusing what this game is really called. I'd go with the in-game title. Sexy Yakyuuken Adventure: Gal's Dungeon II - but the box cover is entirely different. Anyhow, it's a sequel to the 1989 game also called Gal's Dungeon, and by gals it means the girls you try to chase and beat in a pair of paper-scissor-rock game so they will show you their pixelation nude bodies - all very pre-#metoo and obviously very much unlicensed - although apparently it did get a retail sales box in Japan (wouldn't know where you could ever buy that).
