Mr. Do! | Datasoft | 1985 | Down below in the ground in many labyrinths, Mr.Do collects cherries. A range of monsters try to chase him. For his defence he is able to shoot or drop apples on their heads, be careful the apples are deadly for himself too. Either if he collected all cherries or killed all monsters in a scene he advances to the next one. This is not a good arcade conversion. | C64 | labelimageminimize |

Mr. Do!'s Castle | Parker Brothers | 1984 | 9420. Rarity 6 rare+. North America NTSC. 1 player only. Mr. Do! uses his hammer to dislodge key block and cherry blocks that make up floors in the castle. Unicorns roam freely around the castle seeking to kill Mr. Do!. They also repair the holes left when cherry blocks are knocked out. If Mr Do! breaks all three key blocks, he can grab the key and open the power pellet room. The power pellet allows Mr Do! to chase the Unicorns, one of which has 1 letter of the word EXTRA. Collecting all the letters to EXTRA results in an extra life. There are also gaps in the floors with a diagonal ladder that goes from the floor below to the platform left or right of the gap. These ladder can be kicked on the top to lean them to the other side of the gap. If Mr. Do! smashes all the Unicorns, he wins the level. If he runs out of blocks, he wins the level. Mr. Do!'s Castle | Parker Brothers | 1984 | I'm fairly sure this was released as [url=/forum/thread/19797]CastleMania[/url] or very similar title here where I live, either as pirate version or rebranded but I can't verify this. Mr. Do's Castle | Universal | 1983 | Operate Mr. Do! by means of the lever. After dropping a block by use of the hammer, skillfully drop the unicorn into the hole. Then drop the block onto the unicorn and you can exterminate it. You can also exterminate the unicorn by dropping a block onto it while it is walking. You can hit and knock over a unicorn by use of the hammer in scenes 1 and 2. Make good use of the skull blocks, and you can wipe out several unicorn at a time. When dropping both skull blocks, the blocks between them will also drop at the same time. Only Mr. Do! can remove the ladder. If Mr. Do! has been trapped between two unicorns on the blocks, you can help him escape by dropping a block with the hammer. When three of the key blocks have been dropped, the door on the top level will open and a shield will appear. If you wipe it out the unicorns will change to EXTRA. You can exterminate EXTRA by hammering it or dropping Mr. Do! on it. When it has been wiped out, a flag will be run up on the pole. Another Mr. Do! will appear if you succeed in running up five flags, EXTRA on the pole. The last unicorn in scenes 1 and 2, will change and split into the blue unicorns after 20 seconds - after a further 25 seconds, the blue unicorns will split into double unicorns, and then after another 5 seconds these will become eight - there will be no further increase. Red unicorns will become green if Mr. Do! hits them four times with the hammer, and green unicorns will become blue when he hits them once with it.***Earlier Japanese versions of Mr Do`s Castle used the name 'Mr. Do VS The Unicorns' [Zerothis] | Arcade | labelimagesubject |

Ms. Pac-Man | Williams (Digital Eclipse) | 1996 | Digital Eclipse's company line: This port includes all the enhancements of the Sega Genesis release from Tengen. | SNES | labelimageminimize |
Ms. Pac-Man | Tengen (Innerprise Software) | 1991 | All of the action and fun of the first feminist arcade game comes to the Sega Genesis in MS. PAC-MAN. You take control of a yellow disc adorned with lipstick and a pink bow. The goal is to guide the disc around a maze and eat all the dots. However, there are four ghosts chasing you around the maze. As a stroke of luck, there are power pellets located in each corner of the maze. When the power pellets are eaten, all of the ghosts turn blue, and they can be eaten. Occasionally, fruit will float into the maze and can also be munched for extra points. If your friends want to play along, there is an Alternating Two-Player mode as well as a Two-Player Simultaneous mode. Play as the first female arcade hero in MS. PAC-MAN.*** [37]*** [29]*** [27]*** [20] | Mega Drive | labelimagesubject |
Ms. Pac-Man | Tengen | 1990 | Ms. Pac-Man's here, and she's totally liberated! She gets to run around in 36 unique, mind-boggling mazes - some small enough to fit on one screen; some so big you'll have to scroll around; and some are straight out of the arcades! Even the fruits bounce around, making it that much tougher to get bonus points. Choose Easy, Normal, Hard or Crazy speeds. Whether you're a beginner or expert, Ms. Pac-Man will have you running ragged. There's even a Pac Booster button to really let her shake those pesky ghosts. Play Ms. Pac-Man by yourself or take turns with a friend. Better yet, two can play at the same time - one as the divine Ms. Pac-Man; the other, as the original Pac-Man!***I know there is a Japanese Famicom version of Ms. Pac-Man. And it was released prior to this Namco version developed by Now Productions. AND it was developed directly by Namco (Namcot). I've seen it in those X-in-1 TV consoles (Famicom clone systems). Both legitimate versions that take advantage of some irregularities in Japanese copyright filing and illegal versions. There are also Brazilian and Australian releases that are probably based on the Tengen version but could also be yet another version of Ms. Pac-Man. And there's Hong Kong, Chinese, and Korean version that may be legitimate and based on one of these. However, there is a Famicom Disk System version that may be the basis for all of these***This is Tengen's implementation of Ms.Pac-Man released in the USA. Namco would later release [game=#167632]another implementation[/game] that differers from this one and was developed by a different company. Tengen's version was not licensed by Nintendo and did not carry the 'Nintendo's seal of $10 has been added to the price of this cart'. However, Atari Games (which is also Tengen), did hold the rights to produce Pac-Man games for home systems in the USA at the time; This is a perfectly legitimate cart as far as Tengen's preexisting legal agreement with Namco. Tengen's version has many game variations. 1 Player, 2 Player Alternating, 2 Player Simultaneous Competitive, 2 Player Simultaneous Cooperative (Pac-Man & Ms. Pac-Man). Arcade, mini, big, or strange maze sets. Optional pac-boost (super fast Pac-Man). Large scrolling mazes. 4 levels of difficulty. Namco's version did not have these features, did have Nintendo's seal, cost more, and was release over 3 years later. [Zerothis] | NES | labelimagesubject |

Avoid the ghosts unless you're powered up with a power pellet (limited time only). Atari created a prototype of this game that used the Puffer controller. Programmed by Jim Leiterman.
