The Adventures of Hyperman IBM (SAPIEN Technologies)1995The Adventures of Hyperman is an educational point-and-click adventure game that teaches science through puzzles. A cartoon series inspired by the game later aired on CBS.

The plot of the game is very simple, the two bad guys, Entrobe and Kid Chaos, are loose and try to bring chaos to the earth by adulterating and messing up with the environment properties of the planet, so it's up to Hyperman and his side-kick Emma to stop them by solving different puzzles in which they are gonna need to know some things about different concepts of science.

The puzzle types are very varied, from simple mini-games to more thinking oriented puzzles. As in every point-and-click adventure game you have your inventory, essential to solve the puzzles, though there aren't different cursors for different actions.

The Body in Focus CBS Software (Neosoft)1985The todo-verifyexistence tag in this case is for me to continue search for this game as it is a) pretty much proven that it exists due to existing box shots, but b) seemingly not yet dumped and missing screenshots. MS-DOSlabelminimizeminimize
The Great Flu -2009Besides having obvious educational content on infectious diseases, virii that cause them and so forth, the game can also be considered to have some level of educational content on how governments can help the general public fight them off, especially when they occur on epidemic/pandemic scale, since that's what the actual gameplay is about. This is done on a very crude level however. Flashlabelimageminimize

Torpedo Unknow1972Torpedo is an educational game in which the player controls a submarine. On the ocean's surface ships appear which need to be shot. Fish and other marine animals swimming in the sea can block the shot. The submarine is moved back and forth by entering an amount to move. Negative numbers move the submarine back and positive move it forward. To reach the correct locations fractions need to be used. It can be played against the computer or with two players. customlabelminimizesubject
