| Maison Ikkoku: Omoide no Photograph | Micro Cabin | 1989 | Based on a famous manga/anime series and ported from japanese homecomputers, this game fails to be a good PC-Engine game. Your goal is to make all the somewhat crazy housemates and especially the attractive female landlord happy by giving them presents and doing other things that please them. The graphics are really bad. Very few colors are used and it looks more like a NES game. Also there are too few locations, you are visiting the same rooms again and again. The puzzles and the whole gameplay are boring, maybe you might draw some more motivation from the game when you are familiar with the manga/anime. Well, in the end I got stuck halfway in the game despite a japanese walkthrough. I can't say I regret that this happened.***Adventure game based on an old anime by Rumiko Takahashi (Ranma 1/2).
