It names well known figures both past and present such as J.P. Morgan, Ronald Reagan, Alan Greenspan, Donald Trump, and many more. Players are actually named after such people. The term "Neocolonialism" is the idea of using capitalism, business globalization, and cultural imperialism to influence a country without using (or necessarily having) direct military or political control.
