BC's Quest for Tires Sierra On-Line (Sydney Development)1984There were separate PCjr and Tandy 1000 packages and each package did have a different version of the game. Most notably the branding on the title screen. However, either one ran on either system. And, if ran on T1k, either would run in the enhanced graphics mode (both versions were FAT binaries). Although it used Tandy mode, the underlying graphics data was unchanged. Resulting in a close replication of the PCjr gaming experience. Sierra released patches so the game (either version) could take full advantage of Tandy graphics and be installed on a hard drive. But these patches broke PCjr compatibility. labelimageminimize
Crossfire IBM (Sierra On-Line)1984This version is the more difficult labelimageminimize
Demon Attack Tandy;Imagic (Imagic)1984The only visual difference between the Tandy 1000 and PCjr. version of the game is the added title screen in the Tandy 1000 version, while the PCjr. version directly starts in a demo mode. It should be noted that the Tandy 1000 version does not run on the PCjr and vice versa. labelimageminimize
Fraction Fever Spinnaker Software (Tom Snyder Productions)1984 labelimageminimize
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2.0 Microsoft1984They also released a couple of scenery disks. labelimageminimize

Mr. Cool Sierra On-Line1984 labelimageminimize
PC Pool Challenges  IBM (HesWare)1984I have my doubts that IBM published a game for Tandy Graphics. This was most certainly intended for PCjr.***This game seemed to appear under a couple of modified versions. For example as "PC Pool" by Dave Jurich, or "Billiard" by Mike Winlok. labelimageminimize
Pitfall II: Lost Caverns Activision1984 labelimageminimize
River Raid Activision1984The player must maneuver their jet plane up the river just inches from the surface of the water. So low that the plane can collide with the banks of the river or canyon walls in some places. The goal is to shoot all enemy ships, helicopters, bridges, planes, and fuel tanks and do not collide with them. Also, fuel can be stolen from the tanks by flying over them, this is necessary to keep the player's jet flying.

While the game does not have a proper ending, there is an obvious point where there is no more to be seen.
The river is an endless loop and decent players will be able to advance far enough to see the section of river they started at, perhaps even multiple times. The 'end' of the loop is a climatic as it is the most difficult section of the river.
Requires a cartridge port and PCjr or Tandy 1000 (8088 or 8086 CPU, 64 KB RAM. Optional Tandy/PCjr Sound Card, Optional Tandy/PCjr Analog Joystick.

Webster: The Word Game CBS Software (Heuristic Software)1984Noah Webster has been called "Father of American Scholarship and Education". He is know for his Dictionaries that happened not to preclude words based on his personal taste. He did, said, and wrote things that were somewhat counter-culture in his lifetime. I'm certain he would have approved of this game based on its content. But I still have to wonder how he would react to use of the phrase "demon words" for potentially high scoring words and the title art including a devil flipping off the viewer. labelimageminimize
King's Quest: Quest for the Crown Sierra On-Line1984King's Quest was created for the PCjr and Sierra staked the company on it. The PCjr was canceled, but, Tandy cloned the design and King's Quest instead, debuted as a Tandy 1000 pack-in game specifically designed for Tandy's 16 color graphics and 3 voice sound. This entry is about the later MS-DOS specific version with additional sound and graphics options. Eventually there was a VGA patch. There was a much later DOS remake with another engine.***King's Quest Collector's Edition published 1994, UPC:0-20626-83312-7, includes this version on the 1st CD.***King's Quest I

Knoxblock!  Compudent1985Released as part of the "Compudent's Spielekiste" compilation under the title "Bricks" in 1985. It is very well possible that this is only a modified version of another game (as most of the games in the compilation are). The game Knoxblock might be the original game, but is listed on other sites as being from 1986. Either the year is wrong or there it is another modified version. labelimageminimize
Telengard Avalon Hill1985This is the IBM-PC version, it was not done with code ported from another version. It was started from scratch and written in C (the other version used BASIC). The C source code was subsequently lost. This version is available to try for free at Dan L.'s site (but is apparently not freeware).
