Crayon Chronicles  (Outer Grid Games)2013Crayon Chronicles has a relatively short (2-4 hours per play-through) but action-packed RPG experience that randomly generates the level layouts each time you play.

You are encouraged to play through the game more than once thanks to the random nature of the environment layouts, but also because we keep track of the interesting facts about each play-through (in our newfangled "Heroic Hallitorium") so you can compare your adventures to each other as well as to the adventures of your friends.

As the story goes, your friends have been kidnapped (tragic, I know), but as it so happens, you are brave enough to attempt their rescue. With help from a "stranger" you are soon set on the path to their salvation from the despicable Lord of the Swampyards, Stratolustrious Von Danderbeak the 37th (or Strato for short, his name is a mouth-full). If you succeed in rescuing your friends and bringing down the Swampyard Tyrant, then glory, satisfaction, and maybe a nap await you.

Freshman Year 2015Freshman Year is a vignette game about an ordinary night in the life a college freshman named Nina. Nina's best friend Jenna invites her to meet up at a local bar with some classmates. Jenna is sort of flaky though, so Nina has to navigate the party by herself. You play as Nina, texting with her friend Jenna as you mingle, dance, drink and wait.

Please be aware that this game depicts scenarios that may be distressing to people who have experienced abuse.

Freshman Year was developed by designer Nina Freeman, with art by Laura Knetzger and music by Stephen Lawrence Clark.

This game is autobiographical, based on the experience of designer Nina Freeman.

Perfection  (Dumb and Fat Games )2013Perfection. is a simple, soothing puzzle game about cutting shapes to fit into outlines. There are an infinite number of puzzles, each randomly generated to be unique and interesting.

Its gameplay is very minimalistic and very forgiving; there is no time limit, and you can cut as many times as you want and undo as many times as you want until you get each shape right. Or, you can challenge yourself to clear the shape in front of you in as few cuts as possible. Whether you get it perfect or not, once a shape is completed, it's gone forever. There's no commitment to replay any level, because there will always be a new one for you to try.

Volvo The Game   (SimBin)The fresh and exiting Volvo S60 Concept headlines the car line up and will be accompanied by several well known Volvo race cars. The players will be able to hammer this variety of Volvo cars around two highly detailed and realistic tracks.

As in all games developed by SimBin this game will deliver a great experience in sound and detail with a fun and challenging game as a cherry on the cake. The game comes with three difficulty levels to appeal to a broad audience, from new comer to the experienced gamer.

The racing game announced in April by Volvo Cars and game development company SimBin can be played with five racing legends in addition to the new Volvo S60 Concept. They are Volvo models that many people will remember from the STCC and BTCC racing series.

Players will be able to choose between the Volvo C30 which is competing in this year's STCC ( Swedish Touring Car Championship), the STCC Volvo S60 that participated a few years ago, the Volvo S40 that participated with notable success in the BTCC (the British Touring Car Championship) the Volvo 850, the estate car that became a legend in the BTCC, and finally a true racing classic, the iconic Volvo 240 Turbo Group A.

There is a choice of two tracks: Gothenburg Eco Drive Arena in Göteborg, Sweden, and Chayaka outside Kiev in the Ukraine. Volvo - The Game is the only virtual racing game in the world to include this Ukrainian track.

Cirque de Zale - (Author)2004In this free AGS made game, you play an obnoxious, sarcastic young man named Alexander Zale who works at the circus as an "elephant-feces removal operative." One day, his life takes a turn for the surreal when he is transported to another dimension by a disgruntled magician. Upon arrival, Zale decides he likes the look of this new world (which is a quaint, fantasyesque affair), and decides to set up his very own circus - the Cirque De Zale of the title. In the game, we play as Alexander as he struggles to find and acquire his circus, along with the requisite staff. The game shares a few similarities with the Monkey Island games, mainly the SCUMM-like interface and the excellent low-resolution graphics and there are also lots of animations. The game's strongest point is definitely its humour, which is sometimes subtle and occasionally laugh-out-loud hilarious. The conversations with the other characters are excellent, with Zale delivering some brilliant sarcastic put-downs. labelimagesubject

Diver Down  -2003[[link:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_Execution_Prevention DEP]] needs to be disabled for winv2.exe to be able to run the game.***Diver Down is an independently created role-playing game emulating the feel of the original classics. It was developed in Windows 98 with the verge2 engine, and will run on all 9x and XP machines. It is an rpg for rpg fans and is completely free.

Rather than mimic the usual stock of storylines, Diver Down attempts to break new ground with a non-cliche plot that could support a movie. There are the expected common activities of rpgs in this fashion but care was taken to create a believable world with politics and detail. If you've always wanted to play an old-school rpg that took itself more seriously than the others, give Diver Down a try.
