Controls:

Arrow keys - movement
Control - fire
Space - activate terminal
Esc - in-game menu with save and exit
M - toggle map if available
Shift+Left/Right - switch available weapons

There's no strafing or backpedaling, causing the greatest problems for any wannabe space marine.
