Updated the "recent users" (admins only)

Updated the "recent users" page to show the latest logged users or the latest created users, to debug eventual issues in the user creation phase.

The recent users was the first step to debug an issue on new users registration.
Thanks to GeeTee, a new editor that stumbled in the bug, I finally managed to fix it.
