About Manhunt 2

Supposedly only available on Direct2Drive and even there it's only available in their US site (not in UK/EU sites).

There's only two pre-defined control layouts to choose from even, which doesn't make the game very playable especially with many situation specific commands spread across the keyboard instead of using single common key for activation by context.
