Description
Level 1
Use your trace beam to restrain the Daibijin. There are four areas you will need to concentrate on.
Level 2
While attempting to drug the daibijin, you need to fire the anaesthetic shot into the correct part of the body as indicated on the radar in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
The current body part will be highlighted in red, and there will be a timer attached to it. Fire your anaesthetic gun into the current body part for as long until the timer runs out, and then move on to the next part.
As you hit more, the yellow gauge will fill up until the Daibijin is high as a kite, and collapses to the floor as the level ends.
Level 3
Having restrained the Daibijin, whilst transporting her by helicopter you are intercepted by a swarm of aliens! You need to destroy 50 of the little alien things.
Use the lock-on to target several aliens at once, and then blast them out of the sky with a barrage of missiles, or just use your secondary gun.
Level 4
Fly up close and destroy the alien brain controlling the Daibijin, and watch out when it spits a load of missiles.
Level 5
Daibijin will be running alongside the Chuo highway, and you need to stop her before she reaches the end. I found this to be the easiest level in the game - simply strafe all the way to your left and follow her along.
Continuously hit her with your machine gun (pause when it overheats), and use your cannon to clear the road of any cars as they come towards you.
Every now and again she will stop and hurl a car or building at you.
Blow this out the sky with your cannon and then continue as before. You should have no problems completing the level before she even reaches half-way.
Level 6
The Daibijin is climbing up the side of the TMGO office building, one of the most famous buildings in downtown Tokyo. You need to destroy the mother alien sitting on the top of the building before she reaches the top.
After a few wave of attacks, it should stop for a bit and its arms will flop.
This is your opportunity to stop the daibijin reaching the top of the building, so fly down to where she's climbing up and use your weapon to shrink her and slow her progress.
You should be able to get a shot in, wait for your special weapon to recharge, and then get another shot in before the alien wakes up. Then quickly fly back away from the alien and watch out for his next wave of attacks. Lock on and attack again, and repeat the shrinking.
After three waves, daibijin will be so small as to not be a problem, and then you'll need to worry about the brain itself.
