Some websites refer to a game called "Shred Fest" which would have been released on Saturn & PlayStation but impossible to find screenshots or game package shots. It seems that "Shred Fest" could have been a working title for Cool Boarders but this game has not even been released on Sega Saturn.
I hardly think this game does not exist, even as a prototype.
