Official description
Hyperforce is a very simple arcade game where you have to get through 30 chambers to face and destroy the evil Hyperforce. Along the way you will find cartoons, puzzle rounds and hidden bonuses to entertain you.
In every level you have to collect two types of pod. Scorers (rotating triangles) give you 500 points for each one touched by you with an extra life awarded at 20000 points (to a maximum of five lives in reserve).
Ordinary gold oblong shaped pods are the key to getting to the next stage of the game. You simply have to collect the number indicated on the status line on each stage (level 1 has 8 to collect with the counter going down to zero as you touch them).
Throughout all thirty levels you simply have to collect these two types of pod.
The only limit you have is the Energy Gauge, this slowly decreases as you play the wave and when it is empty you lose one of your three lives. You cannot be killed by anything on the screen, you simply have to collect the set number of pods before the energy gauge is empty.
Of course there are many play elements to hinder your progress.
